Quality is a process, not a brochure specification.
Construction quality depends on design coordination, appropriate materials, workmanship, supervision, testing and disciplined execution across many stages.

Construction quality depends on design coordination, appropriate materials, workmanship, supervision, testing and disciplined execution across many stages.
Our intention is to build credibility through the quality of our decisions, information and execution. The following principles explain how that intention translates into practice.
Before work starts
Clear drawings, specifications, responsibilities and sequencing reduce avoidable site decisions. Coordination between architectural, structural and services drawings is essential.
Materials and specifications
Materials should be selected according to performance, suitability, durability, maintainability and approved project specifications—not merely brand perception.
Workmanship and supervision
Even good materials can perform poorly when workmanship is weak. Site supervision, checklists, dimensional control, curing, waterproofing attention and services coordination all influence the finished result.
Testing and documentation
Where applicable, material certificates, test reports, inspection records and stage-wise checks contribute to traceability and quality control.
Quality visible to the buyer
Buyers should be able to understand what is promised, what is installed and how the project is progressing. Project-specific specifications should therefore be published clearly on the relevant project page.
